Jo Gather Dress - Perennial Floral

The Jo Gather Dress is constructed in classic Liberty of London Tana Lawn Cotton.  This shape is loose-fitting all around with a removable self belt to use as desired.  Two large pin-tucks at chest extend to the puff sleeves.  Neck and cuffs are finished with self bias binding.
