RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
US ORDERS
As a small business, we are currently unable to accommodate returns for refunds. However, we do offer the following options:
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for regularly priced items within 6 days of delivery, pending availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. To request an exchange, email us at hello@emmarothkopf.world with your order number in the subject line.

STORE CREDIT
If you’d prefer store credit, you may request a return for store credit within 6 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must email the tracking number to hello@emmarothkopf.world.
Once processed, store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any item sitewide.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 6 days of receiving your orders
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
SALE ORDERS
Items discounted by 30% or more, or marked FINAL SALE, are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that falls outside of our stated guidelines or is not in its original condition. For any questions about fit or styling, feel free to email us — we're happy to help before you place an order.
SHIPPING
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged in transit.

PRODUCT CARE
Properly caring for your garments helps them to last a long time, conserve resources and keep textile waste out of landfills. We recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry for best results. Steam to remove wrinkles, or leave them for an unfussy look.
